Following is the fee structure for IEEE – MAJICC.

Initial Submission

Authors should only submit originally written, unpublished work to MAJICC’22. The authors may use IEEE LaTeX or Microsoft Word templates (Sample provided on MAJICC’s website), when preparing their manuscripts, which must be in English. The papers must be uploaded into EasyChair in a PDF format, with fonts embedded. All submissions will be peer-reviewed and all accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings, and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore. At least one author of the paper must register and present the paper in the conference.

– Title of the paper

– Name, affiliation, email address of the authors

– Name of the corresponding author, complete mailing address, and email address of the corresponding author

Similarity Rate

IEEE policy requires all submissions to its journals and conference proceedings to be screened through a plagiarism detection process. MAJICC’22 uses IEEE’s CrossCheck portal to check for similarity index. Please ensure that the overall similarity score of your final paper is less than 25%, and no individual source has more than 10% similarity using any of the plagiarism check software such as Turnitin. According to IEEE regulations, any paper with a similarity score of more than 25% will be dropped and will not be included for presentation or publication at MAJICC’22.

Author No Shows

Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author to attend and present their paper at the conference. The “no-show” papers will be removed from the final proceedings prior to submitting to IEEE for inclusion in Xplore.
